Scientific and Technical Days of the LIFE Research Infrastructure

Scientific and Technical Days of the LIFE Research Infrastructure

The Scientific and Technical Days (JST) of the LIFE Research Infrastructure will be held in Rennes on 7-8 (9) November.

There will be plenty of opportunities to share and exchange ideas!

Technical and scientific presentations, workshops, the MIAME cluster AGM and visits to remote U3E sites (the Le Rheu ponds station and the Scorff migratory fish monitoring station) are all on the agenda.

IR LIFE: Living in Freshwater and Estuaries is an INRAE research infrastructure focusing on the "ecology of aquatic organisms" at the various levels of organisation of living organisms. The 4 constituent entities (U3E Rennes, ECP St Pée / Nivelle, OLA Thonon les bains, XPO Bordeaux ) have the particularity of carrying out long-term monitoring, managing collections and experimental facilities/platforms.

LIFE therefore offers, within a shared scientific framework, common services such as the supply of data or biological materials and access to original facilities, enabling the development of collaborations on scientific fronts and active participation in the dynamics of methodological developments and technological innovations serving the creation of knowledge about continental aquatic ecosystems.
