Increasingly rare in France, will wild salmon disappear from Brittany's rivers?

In the space of a century, wild salmon have almost disappeared from all French rivers except... in Brittany. In the Morbihan département, the Pont Scorff control station (U3E) has been monitoring the species in the Scorff, one of the four national reference rivers, for 30 years. This is where the young salmon are born before returning to the river after growing up at sea and making a long migration to reproduce.
